  They schedule their appointments too close together so you are guaranteed to be in the waiting room at least 30 minutes every single time. Then you get another 20-30 minutes waiting in your room. The doctors are too busy to answer your questions and the nurse that is supposed to help you, doesn't. My insurance information has been deleted from their computers multiple times so I have received bills that should have never existed. Because of this, I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to straighten things out with my insurance. If you call with a question they tell you the nurse will call you back. I have never gotten a response in less than 24 hours. I could keep going bit I think you get the point. This place is trash. Save your sanity and just go somewhere else.

  Tried to make a appointment for my son. They are open untill 4:30 but make no appointments after 2:30 so i have to miss a day of work to take him to the doctor. They have open appointment times but refuse to do his sports physical untill November even tho I did it in October last year. Now he can not do training camps for his sport. I have called another doctor he will be seen before November and have his sports physical done all still in October. If you want good ratings I suggest when someone calls to make a appointment you don't make them wait 2 months.

  Absolutely horrible the receptionist didn't know phones were still connected to the exchange line. And the wait time is crazy. And would also be helpful if the nurse actually called people back this is just one of bad experiences I have had here
